Last Friday I photographed a branding on the Hall Ranch in southern Oklahoma. The area has had a lot of rain lately, so we gathered mushy pastures in dense fog. Before striking out, I got this shot of the crew unloading and mounting up. The ranch isn’t one contiguous property, so trailering horses to various pastures is necessary.
