The Weatherford, Texas, rancher and horseman starts dozens of colts each year, and he uses the snubbing post to build suppleness and collection from the ground. Many other classic horsemen employ similar methods. A detailed article about the art of training with a snubbing post appeared in the July 2014 issue of Western Horseman.
