Foggy, misty or dreary weather puts many people in sleepy or somber moods. But not photographers. The weather may not result in colorful and crisp photos, but it gives you even light and separates subjects from the background. Here, Jacob McKay pauses during work on Triple D Ranches in Fish Lake Valley, Nevada. It had snowed earlier, but it wasn’t as cold as this photo makes it look.
