“Even for a simple product like a bag of feed, there are careers all along the path of its production,” Bormann says. “What a student has to ask is, ‘What are my interests?’ Are they in science and research? Is it graphic design, communications, advertising or marketing? Is it management and working with people? Where are my interests and how can I align them with the horse industry?”
